We will refund consumers who have purchased and have been testing our ASICS footwear for a minimum of 30, and up to a maximum of 60 days. Consumers who are not 100% satisfied with their choice during this period will be eligible for a refund on their purchase.
To be eligible for the ASICS 60 days Money Back Guarantee, consumers must have bought ASICS footwear between 1st September and 31st October 2017. From there they can register their dissatisfaction and be refunded via our ASICS 60 days Money Back Guarantee website. Consumers only need to tell ASICS – in more than 15 words - why they did not like the product. The money will be then refunded into the consumer’s bank account.
NORWEGIAN CONSUMERS ONLY: Participants from Norway will receive their refund via a prepaid MasterCard in the amount of their spend as well as a refund for postage costs of 140 NOK.
